We hope you love your purchase however in the instance you’re not satisfied unwashed and unused items are accepted for a full refund (excluding postage) on full priced items within 14 days of receiving the goods.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Please email our customer care team to advise that you will be returning your item(s) at: email@example.com
2. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your purchase and ensure to include your name and order number.
3. Please return to the following address: Gioia Casa (6 Margaret St Oakleigh South VIC 3167)
- Returned items must be unused/unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging
- Mattress protectors and pillow protectors are not eligible for a refund due to health regulations.
- Silk eye masks, and scrunchies must be returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds are processed in the same payment method/card used as per original purchase
RETURNS SHIPPING COST
Unfortunately we cannot cover cost of return shipping, therefore this is at the customers expense and is not refundable.
We are unable to process exchanges via our online store at present, therefore you will need return your product for a refund and repurchase the desired item.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Once your refund has been processed please allow 3-5 days for the funds to return into your account.
